A fat-tire build inspired by 1940s motorcycles from BMW, Zündapp, and NSU. The foundation is a vintage balloon-tire beach cruiser frame with rigged triple-tree forks and finished in RAL 7024 Dark Grey powder coating. A 7-inch motorcycle headlight with sculpted mounts, deep-profile fenders, and rear Hubsink® cooling fins establish the base.
Custom details elevate the build: a handmade leather battery and controller box inspired by classic saddlebags, hand-stitched grips, inverted Dia-Compe brakes, and Velo Orange stainless wound brake cables. A vintage IKU speedometer integrated into the headlight mount, retro light toggle with indicator lights, completes the look.
